Treat yourself to a gourmet burger made with Wagyu beef, locally sourced beetroot, free-range egg, fresh pineapple, aged cheddar and house made tomato relish. Wash it down with a bottle of Byron Bay Lager, a thoughtfully crafted beer made from pale malts sourced directly from the sunny paradise of Byron Bay.

The Australia Day Burger & Beer special is available for lunch and dinner at Crossroads Bar on Level 8.
