Ten Stories

Nestled high above the bustling city streets, we welcome you to our oasis – Ten Stories.

Presenting a unique food and beverage menu that is crafted using locally sourced produce, our signature dishes are infused with a surprise ingredient – the honey sourced from our rooftop beehives.

We’re working with Sydney Bee Rescue, a group of NSW based beekeepers who are dedicated to the bee conservation and the rescue and relocation of bee colonies from places where they are at risk. On the rooftop are four beehives, with bees servicing the nearby Royal Botanic Gardens and supplying Ten Stories with freshly harvested honey and honeycomb.

Heading up the kitchen is our award-winning Executive Chef John Pugliano who has over 25 years’ experience spanning London, Hong Kong, Dubai and Australia. Our entire kitchen team pride themselves on high quality craftsmanship with every menu item.

Pre-Theatre Dining

With the Theatre Royal Sydney located just a block away and the State Theatre Sydney directly across from our restaurant, if you are looking for Pre-Theatre Dining before your show, musical or play why not make a booking for our Pre-Theatre Dining selection in Ten Stories Sydney. Two and Three Course Pre-Show dining packages are available. If you’re visiting the Capitol Theatre we are located just a ten minute walk away, or take the light rail conveniently just a few steps away. General Info 

We want to inform you that Ten Stories restaurant is undergoing renovations from Monday 15 April until Sunday 5 May and will be temporarily closed during this period. However, we’ve made arrangements to ensure your dining experience remains uninterrupted. During this time, we will be serving breakfast and dinner in an alternative location within the hotel. Our team will be on hand to assist you with any queries. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we enhance our facilities.

Please note, a 10% surcharge applies on Sunday and a 15% surcharge on all public holidays.

All credit card transactions will incur a 1.4% surcharge.

Whilst we do our best to cater to dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment as our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish and gluten.
