General Questions

What time is check-in and check-out time?

Swissôtel Sydney’s check-in time is from 3.00pm and check-out time is at 11.00am.

Is parking available?

Valet parking is available at a rate of $100.00 per day. However, due to our inner-city location, there are strict size restrictions for this service. Vehicles such as utes, 4×4 vehicles, vans, or those exceeding a maximum height of 2.0 meters are prohibited from using this service.

Off-site self-parking is available at a rate of $60.00 per visit, per 24 hours. Access to this parking facility is via Wilson Parking at 383 Kent St, Sydney. Please note that the height limit for both valet parking and off-site self-parking is 2.0m. Other size restrictions may also apply.

Where can I store my luggage?

At Swissôtel Sydney, our dedicated concierge team are pleased to assist you upon check-in by offering secure luggage storage until your room is ready for occupancy. Our attentive concierge team will ensure the safekeeping of your belongings and arrange for their delivery to your room once it is prepared for your stay.

For guests checking out, our concierge service extends to providing convenient luggage storage for the duration of the day. You can confidently leave your belongings with us, and in return, receive a ticket for easy retrieval. Present this ticket later in the day to collect your stored items hassle-free.

Rooms & Amenities

Are rollaway beds available?

We offer rollaway beds from $75 per night, this must be requested at the time of reservation. This is only available in certain room types.

Contact our reservations team if you have more requestions regarding this.

Do you provide cots for infants?

We provide baby cots at no extra cost. Please inform us at the time of reservation or booking.

Is there a children’s policy?

Up to two children 15 years and under can stay for free using existing bedding.

Children requiring additional bedding including a rollaway bed or sofa bed will incur an additional charge per night.

Dining & Facilities

What dining options are available at the Swissôtel Sydney?

We have various dining options within our hotel.

Ten Stories is a sophisticated dining experience nestled above the bustling city streets. Dining is available from 5pm till 9pm. Arches on Market is Swissotel Sydney’s latest venue.  Arches is a luxury bar serving signature cocktails and an extensive wine list alongside mouthwatering plates perfect for any occasion. All-Day dining is available daily from 12pm till 9pm. In-room dining is also available 24/7, choose from our extensive menu crafted from fresh, local and seasonal produce delivered straight to the convenience and privacy of your room.

Do kids get to stay and eat for free?

Two children 15 years and under can stay for free using existing bedding in the room. Two children under 12 can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast when dining with parents at Ten Stories.

Each additional child will be at a cost of $16pp.

Children aged 4 -12 enjoy a discounted breakfast buffet price of $12pp and Kids aged 13-16 enjoy the price of 16$pp, guests 17 years and over will be charged at adult prices.
