We are proud to announce Swissôtel Sydney has been awarded Metropolitan Superior Hotel of the Year at the 2025 AA NSW Awards for Excellence.

We are also proud to share that Arches on Market Bar was recognised as Highly Commended Bar of the Year (Mid-Range Superior Hotels).

These achievements celebrate Swissôtel Sydney’s continued dedication to hospitality excellence and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Lifts Refurbishment

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the guest experience, Swissôtel Sydney has completed a full modernisation of its lift system. Two brand-new lifts are now operational, with the third and final upgrade nearing completion. Guests can enjoy faster and smoother access to all floors throughout their stay.
