Sustainability is at the heart of the ingredients we source and all other features that allow us to serve our famed selection of culinary delights and beverage options. Some of our hotel’s food and beverage sustainability practices include:

* Urban beekeeping – providing the hotel with self-produced honey 365 days a year
* 70% of all produce sourced within 200km of hotel
* Innovative food waste monitoring and management system
* Hotel-wide double filtration system for drinking water
* Fully vegetarian and religious-based catering options
* Elimination of disposable plastic utensils and straws

From 2018 we have committed to:
* 100% cage-free eggs in use
* 100% sustainable seafood sourced
