Positioned high on the rooftop of Swissotel Sydney are four beehives abuzz with bees servicing the nearby Royal Botanic Gardens and supplying Ten Stories with freshly harvested honey. We’re committed to working with Sydney Bee Rescue, a group of NSW-based beekeepers who are dedicated to the conservation and rescue of bee colonies.

Our Executive Chef, John Pugliano, has crafted a unique selection of honey infusions to complement your breakfast selections.

The honey sourced from our rooftop beehives has also formed the inspiration behind the unique a la carte menu at Ten Stories restaurant, which features a delectable range of dishes crafted using locally sourced and sustainable produce.
